We’re all about getting out into the vibrant world in our backyard and seeing things with a new perspective. Mentors and students are able to give this incredible gift to each other. When visits to companies like TED and Acumen Fund get added to the mix, it's an exciting combination.

Students open up their worlds by being exposed to opportunities to explore their interests, learn about college and access many of the amazing companies, institutions and people that make New York what it is.

Mentors open up their worlds by seeing a wider swath of New York than most of their peers and making friends from countries and industries they may know little about.

The ultimate goal is to create a community of individuals who have a deeper connection not only to New York and its citizens, but to the global community.
